Any months: You can cut your baby's hair anytime you so desire. Some cultures shave or cut the hair very early in life as custom or for religious reasons. I think if you do not have a specific reason why not let it grow wild for at least the first year!

0 months: Up to you. In some cultures, newborns' heads are routinely shaved (some believe the new hair will grow in prettier); in some, such as sikhs, it is never cut at all. Whatever you think will look better is fine.
