I was hit by a car door four weeks ago.the black eye is gone. i have a small lump still on my face. will this heal?

See a doctor: Where is the lump on your face? I assume it is around the eye where you got hit? The lump can be scar tissue, hematoma (collection of blood underneath the skin), foreign body, infection or a fracture of the underlying bone. See a doctor for a proper consultation.
