See a doctor: Where is the lump on your face? I assume it is around the eye where you got hit? The lump can be scar tissue, hematoma (collection of blood underneath the skin), foreign body, infection or a fracture of the underlying bone. See a doctor for a proper consultation.

Lump: The lump could be a hematoma(blood collection).Or a fracture facial bone. See a plastic surgeon or an ENT doctor.
