HIV: In general, there are no symptoms of HIV infection until an infected person has progressed to aids (the more advanced form that usually comes after years of infections). For this reason, the disease spreads most often amongst people who don't know their status. There are no fertility effects. With treatment, the disease progression can be slowed allowing for a good quality of life and lifespan.

Signs vary: Hiv may show no signs at all until your immune system is devastated. On the other hand, thrush, severe weight loss and fat redistribution may accompany progressing disease. I'm guessing you mean could you have HIV neg children. Yes..Sperm washing and perinatal art (iv and by mouth meds) and c sections make it very possible. If you don't get treated....Its almost universally fatal.
