Well?: You may have been sick for 3 weeks but a cold peaks on day 5 with marked improvement a few days after. You likely developed a bronchitis afterward. Mononucleosis is a lingering type illness so you may wanna get checked out. The abrupt onset of worsening fatigue after 3 weeks of an illness is hard to pin on that ilness, for the most part, in people your age. I don't think it's directly related.
