Isn't a 12 wk u/s accurate within 5-7 days? don't the fetus measurements vary slightly and would show a difference of 11 days?

About 5 days : Yes it is accurate within about five dates. If the sonogram is shoeing an 11 week fetus then you are a little less pregnant than you thought.
