Questionable: Vitex is a plant extract used for multiple reproductive disorders. It is not proven effective. My advice is to see a fertility specialist and make a diagnosis of your problem, then choose a proven medication if necessary. You can spend a lot of time and money for no benefit if you are not careful. Best wishes.

See Gyn or REI: Best bet is to consult your gyn or infertility specialist to evaluate your irregular menses. Depending on the etiology for the ovulatory dysfunction will dictate the possible treatment to correct the dysfunction in order to increase success of conceiving.
