No evidence it helps: There is some scientific evidence that vitex (chaste tree berry) may help with pms symptoms and cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) but no studies showing that it helps women trying to conceive or helps with ovulation problems. We don't know if vitex is safe when you're pregnant, so you should stop taking it when you get a positive pregnancy test. See a fertility specialist if TTC without success.

No benefit: There will be absolutely no benefit from this product In Terms of conceiving.
