Myths: There is no such product in the world that will help conception. If you are truly infertile then that could just as easily be a mechanical problem as a chemical one. Or the male in the equation does not have active sperm. True infertility testing needs to occur for both partners. Remember to conceive the sperm have to be inside of the vagina before ovulation.
