Not recommended: Putting vapor rub on your cystic pimple will not help it go down and will likely make it worse since you will be occluding it further.

Yes: The cyst from a pimple is plug pores and you want the pores to open up and for the material in it to come out. If you put vapor rub on it you may clog it up more and the cyst may get bigger. We using drying agents like benzyl peroxide to try to dry up the pimples which is over the counter.
