I have a cystic pimple that is painful. my skin has peeled and is very red and inflamed around it. there is still clear pus in it. how do i treat it?

staph: This sounds like it is infected with staph. When to get peeling and pus, this is an indicator that there may be more of an infection. Might be a good idea for a short course of antibiotics. Put a warm compress on it twice a day and gent express the pus. See a doctor.
