Unusual: It's unusual to have leg, thigh, & knee pain following hysterectomy. If you had a lapararoscopic or robotic procedure, it's possible (but unlikely) that the leg stirrups were compressing the areas you have concerns with. Check with your surgeon to address the above just to be thorough. Otherwise, a visit to your primary doc may be in order to explore other possibilities. Take care & good luck.
