Possible sinusitis.: You could have sinusitis but migraine can cause similar headache.

Headache evaluation: Many headaches get worse with bending, including sinus headache and headaches associated with viruses. If the headache is severe you should seek medical attention. For less severe headaches, it is reasonable to start the evaluation with your medical physician, and they can rule out some causes and refer you to appropriate specialists as indicated, and start treatment.
