Emergency!: Zinc is one of the most important trace elements and important for the immune system and in wound repair. It is found in fresh oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, shellfish, etc. While it is beneficial in wound healing, a perforated intestine is a medical emergency. Please see a physician asap if you have this condition.
