Depends: This really depends on where they were, where they are now, and what the family body type is. If they were the 70th % and you are at the 25th, it may just be normal correction. If she's falling off the curve or becoming uncharacteristically small, that might be more cause for concern. You'll need to discuss this more in depth with your pediatrician to figure it out.
