Case Report Benefit: Vytoin (simvastatin plus ezetimibe) has been shown to be beneficial in alopecia totalis and alpecia universalis in case reports. The possibility that vytorin (ezetimibe and simvastatin) may be helpful for these conditions is being studied in randomized clinical trials. Stay tuned for results.
