Most likely.: Unless there is something specific that is wrong, this is most likely normal for a kid in toddler age, like 2-4. At this time in their life, they are going through self discipline development, where they try to learn to control themselves, like in toilet training. They can get oppositional, etc., but expect them to get over it.
