For 2 months toddler wakes up each a.m. with fever and lots green snot. clears up by noon. but tired and weak all day. bloodwork normal. what gives?

Possible viral infec: Your 2 months old baby seems to have viral infection ,it makes him tired and weak .This all may last for 3-4 days to get over it ,thence will feel better.iF it continues then consult your doctor .

Mgt/M.D. visit: Your toddler has been having fever and green nasal discharge for two months, with normal bloodwork. There can still be an infection of the sinus passages. I would recommend treatment with an antibiotic such as Amoxil, dosed for his weight, and follow up with your pediatrician. Your physician will also assess whether there is a lung or ear infection.
