No: Do not turn on the tv. Limit the amount of tv that your toddler watches during the day and do not allow him to watch tv at 4am.

No: Remove any tv from the toddlers room. Limit the child to their room from bedtime 'till morning, leaving their door open as a reward only if they stay in the room. Permit quiet play if they don't disturb anyone.Confiscate any remotes & disable any tv if the problem persists. There are power cord locks available. After 3-4 wks of effort your child should develop a more acceptable night routein.

TV/Video viewing: delays language in kids < 2. Over 2, limit screen time to max 2 hrs./day. At a consistent bedtime, brush her teeth, read, cuddle, tuck her in bed in her own room drowsy, but awake. Tell her the rule is that she stay in bed all night. Ignore protests. When she gets out of bed, walk her back from behind. Don't talk or make eye contact. She'll sleep thru the night, 12-14 hrs./24 hrs., in 2-4 wks
