Every month before my period, i experience rectal bleeding, what could cause this?

Rare, but maybe...: Rectal bleeding shouldn't have any relation to your period. Causes of rectal bleeding range from hemorrhoids due to constipation (most common) to more serious things like cancer. However, more rare things include endometriosis of sigmoid and rectum, or inflammatory bowel disease flare ups during menses. If you're having unexpected rectal bleeding, see your doctor.

Multiple etiologies: However you can have endometriosis of the recto sigmoid colon. See your gyno and or a general surgeon for colonoscopy during the bleeding episode.
