Beware: Do not stop cold turkey. You will need to taper down as there may be some withdrawal effects if you have been on this for some time. This goes for your unborn child as well. Please consult your physician prior to making changes in your medication.

Maybe: The sooner you stop prior to delivery the less likely the baby will have withdrawal or an abstinence syndrome. Would advise cutting back slowly starting now so that you are on minimal to no tramadol prior to delivery.
