Good Sleep Hygiene: Try these easy ideas. 1 - only use the bed for sleep and sex: reading, watching television or other activities can disturb associating the bed with sleeping. 2 - make sleep a routine by sleeping at the same time every day. 3 - exercise at least 2 hours before sleeping. 4 - avoid eating or drinking at least 2 hours before sleeping. 5 - empty your bladder before sleeping. 6 - avoid late naps.
