See your doc: It is nearly impossible to evaluate skin problems without being seen by a doc. The lesion must be seen and felt to be properly diagnosed. History is also an important element in skin problems. You need to see your doc for this one.

See Dermatologist: A brown spot could be as simple as a freckle or something more complex. Has it stayed about the same size or has it increased in size during this time? It would be a good idea to have it looked at by a doctor in any case.
