Take more vitamin D: Take more vitamin d. Some people need as much as 10, 000 iu daily to keep their level above 50 ng/ml which many of is is therapeutic level. The vitamin d should have no effect on your neutrophil count and a slightly low count is usually of no clinica.

Probably unrelated.: Low vitamin d levels are very common. Probably unrelated to your carcinoid tumor & colectomy.
