See your doc: If you are already diabetic, call you OB right away if you are vomiting, bc you could become ketoacidotic, which is dangerous. If you're wondering if you could be diabetic, vomiting at 10 wks is not indicative of this. You will get tested for this later on in pregnancy, but call your doc for eval and treatment of your vomiting.
