Viral hepatitis?: These are very worrisome signs and symptoms. Please see your doctor right away. Please drink plenty of fluids. Please refrain from use of alcohol at all right now. Take half of your usual insulin dose while ill. If the vomiting doesn't resolve tonight, go to the ER. It could be several things from viruses like Epstein-Barr, hepatitis, or something worse like cancer.
