Nausea emesis: Would check for gastritis ( as you have GERD), including H pylori gastritis ( caused by an infection need antibiotics), esophagitis, gallbladder , liver disorder. and rarely pancreas. Lower abd is usually associated with diarrhea/bowel issues. Rarely ovarian issues can cause nausea, bloating. F/u/ w/ gastroenterologist, gyn.
