Professional help: A food diary is helpful. Some of the causes can be small bowel overgrowth, lactose intolerance. Small bowel overgrowth will not show up on a food diary and might require a breath hydrogen test. I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist once you have a food diary in hand.

Enzymes, diet etc.: Gas & bloating is usually due to not fully digesting your foods. Chew your food very well. Avoid foods that are more difficult to digest- this will require experimenting- fodmap is a diet which may be worth trying. Digestive enzymes may help. Probiotics may help as well. Herbs like boswellia extracts may help crohn's disease quite a bit. See my comment for a link for more diet info.
