I have been told i probably have pmdd is there anything i can do without having to go to my gp?

Exercise: I know: it sounds trite but exercise (full aerobic) is probably the one best thing you can do. Pmdd presents with many different symptoms so it really depends what you suffer from. A very healthy diet, good sleep and dealing with stress are all important. Natural supplements like a b-complex, magnesium and 5-htp may help. Talk to your doctor about trying an ssri if mood shifts are a problem.
