PMDD: Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (pmdd) is a condition with severe depression symptoms, irritability, and tension before menstruation. You can eat a balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, vegetables -- and leave out caffeine, sugar, and alcohol; get regular exercise throughout the month; work on sleep hygiene. Can see your doctor for possible antidepressants (they can help). Vit b6, mg, ca help.
