Back pain: Congratulations, you are almost at 40 weeks. Your symptoms do not sound as labor, but it is time when you need to discuss any new symptoms with your obstetrician. Back pain is not unusual during pregnancy, but you need to rule out kidney infection, stones, obstruction, herniated disk and other causes. Call you doctor.
