i am 38 weeks 2 days pregnant and have had diarrha, back pain, and increased indigestion. is this a sign that labor is near? i am 3cm and 90% effaced.

Could be: If u were my pt and your cervix was that ripe i would induce you exactly at 39 weeks if u do not go into labor before then the ideal time to deliver is 39-40 weeks, please discuss with your ob.
