LAbor: Symtoms of preterm labor or labor are: uterine contractions, pelvic cramps, abdominal pain, back pain, bloody or mocuos discharge, frequent contractions that dont go away with rest. Hope this helps. Vomiting sometimes is caused due to the excessive pain. If in doubt call your obgyn asap.
