May be: Did you have a ct scan done? What kind of biopsy did you get? A fine needle biopsy many times can't give you a definitive answer due to certain factors such as insufficient tissue, or not getting the right tissue. Yes, it may be a carcinoma- especially if the radiologist said that it is a solid tumor. Pet scan can tell you more. You definitely need follow up to with serial ct scan and urologist.

Repeat biopsy: If the biopsy was inconclusive and there is a suspicion for cancer, a repeat biopsy is warranted until a diagnosis is reached.
