What's the average age you live till when having diabetes type 1?

Depends on you: Type 1 diabetes is a serious illness and often begins at a young age. That being said, modern diabetic treatment has come a long way, and with excellent diet control, close medical management, proper use of Insulin and knowledge and education i think someone with type i diabetes can live as long as anyone else.

Depends: There is no real answer to this question. It depends on so many factors: how old were you and long have you had diabetes? How is your overall control and overall health? Any complications? Overall family medical history? Do you exercise or smoke? Your lifestyle? People with diabetes can have normal lives if they take care of themselves & diabetes.
