Supportive care: It sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection, which is fairly common in pregnancy; it is usually more of an annoyance than anything else. Due to your pregnancy, it's generally a good idea to avoid using medications if possible; generally safe meds would be tylenol (acetaminophen) and guaifenisen, but discuss with your ob/gyn for an exam and the final ok.
