UTI: Please see your doctor asap. Your symptoms are classic for a bladder infection/urinary tract infection. You need an antibiotic. Drink lots of fluids. Cranberry juice has been shown to be somewhat helpful in managing this condition, but is not the treatment.

Possibly infection. : Bladder pain and urinary frequency are common symptoms of a urinary tract infectiton. This pain is sometimes referred to the urethra, or up to the flanks and lower back where the kidneys are. Seek evaluation to make sure it is not an infection. These do not clear on their own and require appropriate antibiotic treatment.
