Yes retest: Yes, please retest. There are common occasions when blood test results come what is called falsely positive (abnormal results in the absence of a disease) or transient abnormality. I usually send blood to another lab for confirmation, and if then it comes abnormal you have to do a work up.

Bilirubin level is 20 (normal 0-20). Blood count and others all normal. GGT is 17 range of 0-37. Individual ALT and AST are normal (ALT is 13 range of 0-55 & AST is 24 range of 0-34). But ALT/AST ratio is high. Should I get further liver tests?
