No: None that i know of. You might want to consult with an oral surgeon or neurologist. The sooner you do something about this the better. I have seen improvement of this condition after 6 to 12 months too. Also I have seen some improvement with cold laser therapy.

No: Not to my knowledge and very unlikely! hopefully in time, the paresthesia will fade. There are techniques to increase or speed recovery, but these work best when performed at the onset of the paresthesia. Have you discussed this issue with a oral and maxillofacial surgeon?
