See below: She needs to be seen again. If she is having pain with urination, fevers, increased frequency of urination and urgency or urination, get seen now to rule out a urinary tract infection. But she still needs to see a neurosurgeon to help determine is the sacral dimple is associated with the spinal cord and the problems she is experiencing.
