1st Kegel exercises: Involves squeezing buttocks together whilst thursting pelvis forwards. Try and hold a couple of minutes, then relax and repeat 10 times, repeating 5 times/day. Can be done in bed, standing or even sitting. Also, place a ball between knees and squeeze together for 2 minutes and repeat x10. See a urologist or urogynecologist if no significant improvement aftera month. Please try diligently, may cure.
