1 Kg lost not normal: Loosing 1 kg per day is not normal sustainable healthy weight lost. 1 kg or 2.5 pounds per week is a safe sustainable goal to achieve. At 10 pounds per month that's still 120 pounds in a year. Cutting your calories by 300 per day, and burning at least 300-500 calories per day will allow you to accomplish tha goal.
