Similar: I don't know the exact conersion of hookahs to cigars. For 1 hour use of a hookhah it is the same as smoking an entire pack of cigarettes. Best to stay away from this as i suspect cancer risk may be the same or worse than standard tobacco.

Cigars: It depends on whether you inhale the cigars if so they may be worse the also carry a higher risk of lip and tongue cancers
