Don't worry: This couldbe your first period after the miscarriage-which is fine. It also could be from having sex, which can cause uterine contractions ANS subsequent bleeding. Either way, no need to worry, but call your doctor if bleeding lasts more than 7 days or keeps occuring after 2 or 3 episodes of intercourse.
