Question unclear: Do you mean "infection" or "infarction". The two are very very different. Please clarify.

Bronchitis ?: Lung infection is a patient known to have asthma makes the functions of the lung worse and may bring on an attack of asthma. Fever means your immune system is trying to fight the infection. Please make an appointment to see your doctor to treat the infection and prevent an exacerbation of asthma. At the same time, keep following the instructions for treatment of asthma.
