Yes: If you are bleeding then the medicines are doing their job. One would not bleed if the pregnancy was not terminating. However, the pills do not work 100% of the time so please follow up as instructed.

Timing: I don't do any form of abortion, but usually you should be getting some cramping and/or bleeding with a few hours to couple of days after use of this medication. Everyone has different degrees of tolerance for pain and while most women probably having cramping, you may not. You should do a short term follow up to see if pregnancy levels dropping.
