Bleeding (not heavy), no fetal heartbeat, slight cramps at 8 weeks pregnant. ob says not to worry but wait a while. worried about missed abortion.

Concerned: At 8 weeks you should be able to see a fetal heartbeat. The combination of cramping, bleeding and no heart-beat is concerning for a miscarriage. Sometimes its wise to wait in case you are not as far along as you think. Best wishes!
