Possible pregnancy: Unfortunately, based on your presentation, I am unable to give your 100% correct answer. I would suggest you do a pregnancy test. If negative but you have no period in the next 2 weeks, repeat it again. If still negative, see a local doc to discover the cause of your symptoms.
