Start Levothyroxine: Ivf increases estrogen levels which increases your thyroid hormone requirements. High TSH may be associated with worse pregnancy outcomes. I recommend starting thyroid medication (levothyroxine) with a target TSH of less than 2.5 during pregnancy.

Hypothyroid: Depending on the normal range of the values of the lab the numbers that you present are consistent with clinical hypothyroidism. You would benefit from being treated with synthroid (thyroxine) therapy.
