Dose adjusted: During pregnancy, your thyroid activity can fluctuate and has to be adjusted by your md. It does cross the placenta and affect the fetus, hence dose adjustment necessary. On the other hand if you stop your medicine, you can encounter severe problems to you and your fetus and worst is thyroid storm. So talk to your md and leave the adjustment to them, please.
