Multiple issues: Seems as if wt is causing problems. Pressure on nerves when sitting causing tingling. I would talk to md about possibility of sleep apnea that can cause memory problems, fatigue and wt gain.

Check spine/thyroid: Nerve impingement from a disc problem in the back is very common in overweight people. If your blood pressure is low, you should get your thyroid levels checked. A visit to your family doctor sounds like the best recommendation. Another consideration for memory loss is the presence of obstructive sleep apnea.
